The provisions of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, approving the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, will apply.

The User will have a period of 14 working days from the receipt of the order to return the order.

The User will notify Kulunka Teatro, within the stipulated period, and by email (info@kulunkateatro.com), of their desire to exercise the right of withdrawal.

The customer may return any item purchased on the Website as long as the products have not been opened or used and retain their original seal or packaging. The return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

Kulunka Teatro will refund the User the purchase amount. This refund will be made within 15 days using the same payment method used to complete the transaction at the time of purchase, and the User will not be charged any fees related to the refund, except for those derived from shipping costs.

Notwithstanding the above, the user may return the products in any of the following cases:

Defective product: Kulunka Teatro will replace it with the same item or reference once the defective product has been received. In this case, only the initial shipment will be charged, with Contenidos Culturales Superflua covering the costs of the return and the new shipment. If the User wishes to exchange it for a different item or reference, they will bear the return and new shipping costs. In cases of product damage or non-compliance due to transportation, it must be reported to Contenidos Culturales Superflua within 14 calendar days of receiving the shipment via email at superflua@superflua.es. Incorrect product: Kulunka Teatro will cover the costs of collecting the wrong product and delivering the correct one as per the order.

Kulunka Teatro will not refund the amount or reship any merchandise until the receipt, sender—who must be clearly indicated—and the condition of the packaging and accessories of the returned item have been verified.
